Logistics Coordinator - Remote | WFH

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in fleet and logistics coordination? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Portland, ME. What You'll Do

Support Fleet Operations: Manage our fleet of on-road and off-road vehicles and equipment, working directly with field service mechanics and technicians.

Parts and Orders: Handle parts order processing for remote field mechanics, purchase orders, and maintenance and repairs coordination.

Equipment Management: Organize and manage equipment transports, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Vendor Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with vendor partners, coordinate with field crews and utility supervisors, and negotiate with suppliers.

Inventory and Documentation: Maintain inventory levels, prepare and execute fleet-related documents (registrations, insurance, customs, DOT reporting), and audit data efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Mechanically inclined, motivated individuals with relevant work experience.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with technology (laptops, desktop computers, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile phones, printer/scanner/fax systems).

Requirements: Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma/GED, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the physical ability to walk on uneven grounds and carry 75 lbs. Successful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle check is required.
