We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

In this hands-on role, you will have responsibility for managing the internal and external logistics for deliveries/installs, swaps, and inventory management of kiosk, supplies, and spare parts
Key Experience Needed:
Two years experience with shipping and or logistics
Adequate experience as a coordinator in a business environment required
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, a solid foundation in business application development and a “can do” attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Must be able to develop formal business documents following established documentation/presentation software packages (or similar products from other vendors): MS-Word, MS-Excel-, MS-PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
Position Responsibilities:
Manage installation schedules and their related shipping dates and ensure products are ready for shipment
Create and manage all internal projects for kiosk movements
Maintains accountabilities for all parties involved in kiosk project plans to complete assigned tasks
Effectively runs the twice-weekly cross functional implementation meetings
Maintains detailed and accurate recordkeeping within systems and toolsets to track and report asset inventories
Works cooperatively with a variety of internal teams and several external vendors to complete new kiosk installations, retrievals, swaps, changes
Data entry in company platforms of critical data points at appropriate times in workflow.
Is an active contributor to solutions and process improvement within area of responsibility
Update the Finance Department and databases on kiosk installations, moves, adds, changes
Review shipping invoices, file damage claims, and process credit request adjustments
Create shipping documents, obtain Bills of Lading, and label packages appropriately
Monitor freight shipments and follow up to confirm successful delivery
Responsible for day-to-day activities and monthly invoice reconciliation of logistics vendors
Back up for dispatch team with logistics related to card shipments both outbound and inbound
Assist with coordination of meetups with multiple vendors when needed
Assist with shipment of kiosk supplies and replacement parts
Steps in to assist the dispatch and inventory team with card shipments as needed
Assists with facilities workorder and vendor management as needed. For example: janitorial, office equipment & supplies, maintenance work orders, and routine supply requests
Conduct general and clerical office tasks
May perform other job-related duties as assigned
