Job Title : Logistic Coordinator

Location: Newberry, SC.

Job Function/Description:

Be responsible for LSP(Logistics Service Provider) Management

Create and report to HQ (Proposal, Performance report for revenue)

Develop/Enhance supply chain process for efficiency and organize KPI’s

Manage transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

Be responsible for responding to customers’ inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels

Arrange special shipping arrangements as necessary

Manage booking status for all inbound shipments

Data entry in operation system (Cello)

Manage tracking information and fix the shipping errors during the shipment process

Ensure the quality of all services provided and meets the required standards from company policy

Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma/ GED required

0~5 years of relevant experience in logistics Industry.

Import logistics experience preferred.

General computer skills including MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

Ability to properly handle confidential information

Possess good planning and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and communication skills
