Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the entire process of a shipment
• Administrative Assistance to the Area Manager as needed
• Strong correspondence with all involved in the shipment process
• Evaluate and coach drivers to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Coordinating with compliance managers
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

• Degree is preferred
• Truck operations/logistics experience
• BOL experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellent customer service
