Schedule Details: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Flexibility for a 4-day workweek is available
No call requirements
Credentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeks
Cases & Procedures: Traditional primary care for older adults, including: Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease No procedures performed
