Summary

Recruit, train, and mobilize people to play a role on the Production Team. Manage the set-up, implementation, operation and maintenance of equipment as it pertains to live events at the location, including Sunday services.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Manage and maintain scheduling of production volunteers for weekly services, special events and campus productions
• Maintenance of all production equipment
• Recruit, train, and mobilize people to play a role on the Production Team
• Develop further trainings to improve production team member competencies
• Manage the set-up, connection, implementation, and teardown of all AVL equipment from load-into load-out used for services or special events
• Confirm and/or design lighting for services or special events
• Support central production needs and events
• Support campus launch production needs
• Be able to fill any production role if needed
