A HNW couple in West Hollywood is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to assist with running their lives and the renovation and opening of a boutique hotel in Silver Lake. The assistant can work remotely and when needed go to the home in West Hollywood and the hotel site in Silverlake. The intention is to have this role filled by someone who can become part of the family, an indispensable resource who will treat their home and our lives with great care and support, and they will do the same in return. The principal is a former executive who owned and ran a company with 250 employees. The role is about 50% personal/50% business duties.
About the Job:
Manage household management and maintenance
Pay bills
Run errands
Accept deliveries
Assist with the renovation and opening of the hotel.
Supervise contractors
Coordinate complex travel arrangements (domestic and international) and create detailed itineraries
Make personal appointments
Plan events
Special projects
About You:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related support position
Access to a car and a valid driver’s license
BA/BS from a college or university a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Outstanding communication skills
Salary, Benefits (initially a stipend will be paid to cover the cost of a plan and when the hotel staff is in place there will be a company health plan), Paid Vacation, Laptop provided
