Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Servicing Representative I for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Role Overview: As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring post-closing compliance and accuracy of loan documents. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing Closing Disclosures, reconciling fees and non-numeric information, conducting thorough research, and maintaining effective communication with internal partners and Settlement Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Closing Disclosures post-closing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Reconcile fees and non-numeric information.
Conduct detailed research using loan documents and online databases.
Communicate with internal partners and Settlement Agents via phone and email.
Update and maintain the system of record with accurate information.
Handle the shipping function by reviewing physical Closing Disclosures and preparing checks for mail.
Organizational Structure:
You will be part of the only group responsible for the post-closing review of loans, ensuring all processes are compliant with trade and government mortgage regulations.
Your work will involve background checks on compliance, reviewing closing documents, updating disclosures, and ensuring all fees are accurately recorded.
Tasks will be assigned within an internal system that is used to track and manage responsibilities.
Function:
This role is compliance-focused, continuously ensuring all loans meet regulatory and internal standards.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
