Loan Servicing Default Solutions Specialist (Flex opportunity) -- Remote | WFH

What You'll Do

Support Borrowers: Work closely with borrowers, investors, and real estate agents to find solutions for at-risk loans.

Minimize Losses: Use your skills to mitigate foreclosure risks through options like pre-foreclosure sales, loan modifications, and repayment plans.

Handle Delinquencies: Manage delinquent accounts and products in accordance with guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Document Management: Ensure all files and paperwork are completed correctly and thoroughly.

Collaborate: Contact external parties to collect or clarify necessary documentation and arrange for property inspections and evaluations.

Title Review: Review title searches to confirm there are no issues affecting the standing of our investor's lien on the property.

Complex Projects: Occasionally work on more complex projects with support from senior staff and managers.

What You Need

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: At least 2 years of related experience (3 years of mortgage servicing experience is strongly preferred).

Skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent customer service skills.

Compensation Details

Salary Range: Minimum $37,050.00 - Median $44,669.00 (Based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for Memphis, TN)

Overtime Eligible: Yes, for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Incentive Pay: This position is not incentive eligible.
