Job Description

We are a leading investment real estate mortgage originator, specializing in single-family properties. Our company, dedicated to providing top-tier financial services, is experiencing remarkable growth, with an impressive monthly origination volume of $100 million. We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Loan Processor to join our dynamic team.

In This Role You Will

  • Manage the loan process from setup to closure efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrowers, legal entities, and title companies.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of document checklists.
  • Review title, legal, and settlement documents diligently.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with borrowers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain clear communication with all transaction stakeholders.
  • Handle an individual pipeline of loans with precision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in title and/or mortgage operations.
  • Proficiency in reviewing title documents.
  • Previous exposure to Encompass software preferred.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Adobe products.
  • Experience in lending to LLCs considered advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
