Loan Operations Officer - Agency & Syndications

JCW has partnered with an international corporate bank in their search for a Loan Operations Officer out of NYC. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on syndicated and/or agented loans with strong exposure using loan IQ. Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily activities within the loan operations department, including prioritizing tasks and distributing workload among team members.
• ​​​​Ensure compliance with established agreements, policies, and procedures while processing and documenting all work accurately.
• ​​​​​​​Facilitate communication and workflow coordination between Loan Operations and other bank departments.
• ​​​​​​​Participate in the Loan IQ Project by revisiting processes, testing scenarios, and providing training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree qualified with 5+ years’ experience within loan operations or credit administration in a banking setting.
• Exposure covering bilateral, syndicated, or agency loans.
• Strong proficiency using Loan IQ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Teams, SharePoint) with experience in Access tools development and SQL understanding.
