Description

We are looking for positive, motivated, experienced, hungry Loan Officer Assistant to join our in-office team as we continue growing!

Who We Need

  • 2+ years of loan processing or origination experience absolutely required
  • NMLS license required
  • Broker experience preferred but not required
  • Top notch customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Arive LOS preferred but not required

What You'll Be Doing

  • Interact directly with borrowers and take mortgage applications
  • Work closely with top loan officers to process applications for mortgage loans
  • Calculate income
  • Price and structure loans
  • Run AUS and gather documents to support AUS findings
  • Assemble submission packages
