About The Job Opportunity
The Living School (LS) Program Manager is entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of LS program management, administration, and coordination, ensuring the seamless development and implementation of Living School programming for students. This role acts as a cornerstone in facilitating effective program delivery and execution while supporting strategic initiatives alongside the Programs Director and Student Experience Manager. Additionally, the Living School Program Manager supervises the Living School Coordinator, who plays a vital role in content creation, program logistics, and student communication.
What You’ll Do:
Lead as the Project Manager for the development and implementation of Living School courses, ensuring efficiency in execution
Maintain oversight of all project and program components, fostering effective communication and coordination with stakeholders
Ensure smooth logistical execution of student enrollment and interactions, collaborating closely with the LS Student Experience Manager and LS Coordinator
Collaborate cross-functionally with various CAC teams to enhance program delivery and address evolving needs
Manage the planning and execution of LS-related events, ensuring seamless coordination with key stakeholders
Support the development and execution of LS strategy, driving initiatives for program improvement and student experience enhancement
Collaborate with technical teams and faculty to ensure timely delivery of Living School content on the course platform
Facilitate feedback loops for continuous program improvement, incorporating insights into course design and execution
Work with the LS Student Experience Manager to optimize the LS programming structure for an optimal transformative experience
Oversee the LS Coordinator's efforts in building course content and managing student communication and enrollment
Support the LS Coordinator in developing the student application and review process and maintaining Living School budget and revenue projections

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management
Familiarity with Christian contemplative tradition
Strong background in project and program management, integrating contemplative approaches with professional systems and processes
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management processes, tools/software (Asana preferred)
Ability to work with and integrate learning content into learning management or learning experience platforms
Ability to develop and present educational programs and workshops, supporting CAC programming as necessary
The physical requirements of the position include but are not limited to:
Sitting for long periods of time
Use of computer, keyboard and monitor is necessary.
Must be able to lift and carry approximately 15 pounds
Must be able to speak English and hear spoken words
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

This is an exempt, full-time position scheduled to begin as soon as possible. We are open to remote candidates located in the United States. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package for full-time staff positions.
At CAC, we are pleased to offer a salary range of $65,600 to $82,000 (based on experience) for this position. CAC salaries are one part of a generous total rewards package that also includes industry-leading flexibility, benefits, and paid leave. Salaries are established based on a grade system designed to ensure competitiveness with industry standards as well as pay equity. Final salary will be determined based on the specific qualifications of the candidate in relation to the salary grade and predetermined criteria.
