The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

Lincoln Financial Field is one of the premier sports and entertainment facilities in the United States. In addition to being the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, the stadium hosts numerous other events, providing an unmatched spectator experience for over 69,000 fans. Lincoln Financial Field is maintained and managed by professionals working together to provide the highest quality sports and entertainment experience in a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

POSITION SUMMARY



The Live Events Producer will assist with the planning and execution of game presentation and live in-house production needs for events at Lincoln Financial Field including Eagles football and a variety of special events. They will take the lead in executing small events and the Temple Football game presentation at Lincoln Financial Field.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS





The Live Events Producer will report to the Director of Live Event Production.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES





  • Manage and quality control all digital signage at Lincoln Financial Field
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and lead production needs for all small events and Temple Football at Lincoln Financial Field
  • Support the production of large events and Eagles home games at Lincoln Financial Field
  • Ideate and edit features and content to be displayed on LED signage at Eagles home games
  • Organize and load media on digital signage and screens in preparation for events
  • Test and rehearse content on control room systems prior to major events to ensure proper function
  • Track fulfillment of sponsored content and assets
  • Log and archive footage from videoboard show and fulfill footage requests

QUALIFICATIONS





Required:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Driven by consistently meeting deadlines and managing time efficiently
  • Ability to think and communicate quickly and clearly in a fast-paced live environment
  • Meticulous in checking content for errors and mistakes
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in ideas for content
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Production Suite including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
  • Understanding of live broadcast best practices
  • Self-driven and willing to learn, accepting feedback as a critical part of growth
  • Exercises independent judgement while collaborating with other team members
  • Engages effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
  • Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 3+ years of experience working in production control rooms during live events

Preferred:

  • Experience in show-calling during live sports production
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for football
  • Previous experience using Ross Xpression and Evertz DreamCatcher production systems
