Hiring Division: Short Drama Division (Sereal+)

Based in LA, experienced vertical mobile short drama line producer, or producer who is experienced in new media production.

Job brief

PRE-PRODUCTION

• Read scripts
• Oversee budgeting made by the unit producer
• Oversee paperwork and art materials made by the unit producer

PRODUCTION

• Oversee daily production
• Communicate with 1st AD and unit production manager
• Facilitate last-minute scheduling changes
• Act as liaison between crew and Producers

POST -PRODUCTION:

• Communicate with Post-Production Supervisor
• Manage budgeting and salary for Editors, Composers, Sound Designers, and VFX
• Track deadlines

DELIVERY

• Create deliverables schedule
• Guides delivery of completed components to guarantors, unions, producers, and sales agents
• Track and meet distribution needs

Requirements and skills

• Bilingual (Mandarin) is a plus.
• 2-3 years proven experience as line producer or production manager.
• Current knowledge of available new media directors, DP, AD, editor, etc.
• Be open-minded, ability to maintain knowledge of industry trends.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability.
• Great negotiation skills.
• A team player.
• Undergraduate degree at least.
