Sweetfin is looking for self-motivated, curious and honest culinary arts professionals who are eager to learn.

SWEETFIN is a fast-casual, chef-driven poké concept with stores in Los Angeles and San Diego. Sweetfin reimagines Hawaii's traditional "soul food" with its delicious, healthful poké bowls. The fresh, fast-casual restaurant serves up both customizable and signature bowls from a menu created by former TOP CHEF Dakota Weiss. Sweetfin has been highlighted in press outlets such as GQ, BLOOMBERG BUSINESS, FORBES, AND BON APPETIT MAGAZINE. The NATIONAL RESTUARANT NEWS named SWEETFIN as one of its 2016 national "Breakout Brands."

Sweetfin was created with the goal of providing healthy, nutritious and flavorful bowls with premium quality ingredients and with approachability. Our fine-casual restaurant concept takes all the familiar flavors of sushi and puts them in an easy to eat, portable, customizable, and affordable bowl.
Our culinary philosophy is centered in our “Pole to Bowl” ethos which means that in sourcing our fish we aim to use the highest-quality and most sustainable raw fish we can find while still maintaining a reasonable price point. Our menu is 100% gluten free and we are vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Requirements And Qualifications
- Weekends Needed
- Part time flexible hours available
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER - willing to help in all positions one trained
- 2+ year of high volume restaurant experience preferred
- Food Safety Experience
- Sanitation and Health Code Guidance
- Quick Learner, with Strong sense of Urgency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong attention to details
- Listening Skills
