Role Description

This is a contract role as a Lighting Controls Sales professional at CRATUSTECH. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with selling lighting controls products and solutions. You will report to the CEO and assist in designing go-to-market and sales generation strategies. Your main objective will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and meet sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or business development within the lighting industry
  • Spoken and written skills in lighting and lighting controls terms and standards
  • Deep understanding of lighting controls products and solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to remote work (on-site would be acceptable) and travel as required
