Our client, a growing pet accessories company, is looking for a Licensing Coordinator to join their team in NYC.


This is a full-time, on-site position. Requires 5 days a week in office.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage artwork and production submissions to licensors
  • Coordinate and track all product development and approvals
  • Manage licensing agreements and partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements
  • Submit concepts for approvals
  • Act as a liaison with the design team, coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners,
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3+ years of licensing and contract management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus


Salary: $55,000- $75,000
