We are seeking a talented Licensing and Branding Coordinator to join our client's team in Framingham, MA!
As the Licensing and Branding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, facilitating reporting and royalty payments, and supporting the on-boarding of licensed brands. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with buyers, managing data validation processes, and collaborating across various divisions to facilitate the successful launch and maintenance of licensed brands.
In order to be considered candidates must have PowerBi, Excel, and SQL/Databases experience.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring for Compliance
Correspond and follow up with Buyers/MAs weekly regarding PO data inquiries, ensuring timely resolution across all divisions.
Manually track exception PO cases using Licensed Brands and escalate any issues as needed.
Validate Licensed Brand orders, identifying and escalating any PO issues as necessary.
Reporting and Royalty Payments
Generate and distribute ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting internally to Product Development, Merchandising, and Financial divisions.
Prepare and submit all corresponding monthly or quarterly royalty payments for approval, both internally and externally to Licensors.
On-boarding Licensed Brands
Create and maintain Licensed Brand resources for new agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
Support Branding and Packaging teams as well as freelancers in finalizing licensed brand launches and formatting for distribution.
Organize brand assets from Licensors, such as trend books, inspiration, prints, etc.
Set up new licensed brands as suppliers with E/P; manage changes to brand contacts, addresses, and payment information.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in licensing, branding, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with licensing software is a plus.
