Role Description

- Frequent Travel within sales footprint required. Dress code will be Business.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's customer base

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up

- Utilize excel and/or customer relationship management software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Professionalism, Integrity, Honesty

- Real Estate License required.

- Proven experience in sales or business development roles

- Strong strategic planning skills

- Excellent negotiation and sales skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

- Extreme attention to detail


Candidates will be required to provide their customer list and sales performance history.

  • Interviewing/Selection Process: All Candidates will be offered a short video interview. If Candidate passes preliminary video interview, the candidate will be invited for a 2nd video interview. If Candidate is selected from the 2nd video interview they will be invited to our corporate office for a final vetting process that will include all initial job training. Expect 2-3 days of training. (Note: the training process is also a vetting process. There is no guarantee that all candidates will be selected to continue our program.) Meals and lodging provided. Candidates will responsible for travel expenses but will receive reimbursement up to $750 if selected. Dress will be business casual.
