Possession of or working towards a Florida Real Estate license
Punctuality, professionalism, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients simultaneously

Understanding the importance of nurturing client and agent relationships

Responsibilities
Maintain consistent follow-up and follow-through with team members, clients, agents, and vendors
Flexibility to accommodate clients during evenings and weekends for appointments
Prompt and friendly assistance to fulfill client requests with a sense of urgency
Familiarity with social media platforms, with the option to manage accounts
Facilitate communication among clients, agents, vendors, and referral partners
Schedule showing appointments and arrange tours for buyers and renters
Assist in preparing listings, including ordering photos and completing paperwork
Manage lockboxes and handle other logistical tasks as required
Contribute positively to team dynamics, adapting to unforeseen circumstances with a can-do attitude
Attend weekly meetings to review client status, address challenges, and collaborate on improvements
Oversee emails, calendars, CRM, and lead generation efforts
Opportunity to handle small deals to gain practical experience
