Requirements

  • Trustworthiness, reliability, and strong communication skills are paramount
  • Possession of or working towards a Florida Real Estate license
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take direction
  • Dedication to enhancing the client experience through exceptional customer service
  • Understanding the importance of nurturing client and agent relationships
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in more than one language is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and follow-through with team members, clients, agents, and vendors
  • Flexibility to accommodate clients during evenings and weekends for appointments
  • Prompt and friendly assistance to fulfill client requests with a sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, with the option to manage accounts
  • Facilitate communication among clients, agents, vendors, and referral partners
  • Schedule showing appointments and arrange tours for buyers and renters
  • Assist in preparing listings, including ordering photos and completing paperwork
  • Manage lockboxes and handle other logistical tasks as required
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics, adapting to unforeseen circumstances with a can-do attitude
  • Attend weekly meetings to review client status, address challenges, and collaborate on improvements
  • Oversee emails, calendars, CRM, and lead generation efforts
  • Opportunity to handle small deals to gain practical experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Starting from $15.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 15 per week
