Role Description
This is a contract role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for their own leads, clients and tasks related to residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, such as showing properties to clients, listing and advertising properties, negotiating lease or sale terms, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
Real Estate License and experience in real estate transaction services
Customer service skills and a client-focused approach
Sales skills and experience in negotiating terms and closing deals
Knowledge of real property and the local real estate market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in property management, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MLS databases and CRMs.
