We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LICSW/ LCSW/ LMFT/ LMHC Psychotherapist or PsyD/PhD Psychologist to join our team part-time, providing psychotherapy services to healthcare professionals. Therapists will deliver care remotely to medical first responders.
Extends services to frontline medical responders across multiple hospitals in MA. Therapists will be compensated on a fee-for-service basis, encompassing meetings and psychotherapy sessions. Handles credentialing, referrals, scheduling, billing, and accounting, allowing therapists to focus exclusively on patient care.
Responsibilities
Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine
Developing personalized treatment plans for healthcare workers
Maintaining accurate records
Handles credentialing, referrals, scheduling, billing, and accounting
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Licensed therapist (LICSW/ LCSW/ LMFT/ LMHC/ PsyD/ PhD) in Massachusetts
Minimum Two Years Of Clinical Experience With Individual Therapy
Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders
Desire to collaborate within a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues
Openness to ongoing professional development
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at navigating diverse communication styles
Experience with telemedicine platforms or online video communication tools
Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT)
Familiarity with clinical diagnostic and assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress and outcomes
