About The Role
We're looking for a motivated Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in retail purchase loan origination, collaborating closely with real estate agents and ensuring seamless loan transactions from application to close.
What You'll Do
Support Loan Origination:
Assist in initiating retail purchase loans, maintaining regular communication with agents and borrowers.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan applications and related documentation.
Collaborate With Real Estate Agents
Work closely with real estate professionals to facilitate smooth loan processes.
Provide updates and maintain effective communication throughout the loan lifecycle.
Loan Structuring And Analysis
Analyze borrower profiles to tailor loan solutions that meet their financial goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Automated Underwriting System (AUS)
Utilize AUS to assess eligibility and manage risk.
Interpret findings and take necessary actions to move loans forward efficiently.
Transaction Management
Oversee the entire purchase loan process, coordinating with all parties involved.
Proactively address any issues to ensure timely closings and exceptional customer service.
What You Need
Active and valid mortgage loan officer license in AZ.
2-3 years of experience in retail purchase loan origination.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in mortgage lending software and Microsoft Office Suite.
