We are currently prioritizing hiring in the following states: Alaska, Georgia, Illinois, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Rhode island, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin, and accepting all other state applications for the 24/25 school year!
What You'll Do:
You will deliver mental health services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging the power of the internet, all from the convenience and comfort of your own home.
Collaborate closely with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding services to children in need.

The on-target earnings for this role are $35-$47 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
Minimum Requirements:
Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) license in your state of residence
Experience providing video therapy and assessments
At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting
Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours, with the option to work up to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week
Able to conduct telehealth services during school hours in the timezone of the state(s) you are licensed in
Willingness to cross-license
Full-time resident of the United States
