We are a reputable medical clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to our community. We're currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work both in-office and via Telehealth, ensuring flexible and accessible care for our patients.
Job Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, the LCSW will coordinate psychosocial community services in alignment with established policies and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating in the assessment, planning, and implementation of psychosocial programs.
Developing and delivering education and counseling programs for individual patients and groups, acting as a liaison to the community.
Providing counseling and support during critical phases such as pregnancy.
Conducting surveys and studies to assess psychosocial needs and trends within the population.
Conducting short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
Contributing to the implementation of community and social programs supported by NHSI grants/contracts.
Writing reports and creating educational materials to support community initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience in an ambulatory care setting, particularly in a FQHC health center, is advantageous.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and provide direction under pressure.
Cultural sensitivity, particularly towards Hispanic customs and child-rearing practices, is essential.
Experience with multicultural groups and willingness to pursue additional training as needed.

Occasional weekend availability may be required.
