We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive mental health services to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patients' mental health needs.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patients' unique circumstances and goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Offer crisis intervention and support to patients in distress.
Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, promoting understanding and coping strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
Valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
Empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
