Qualifications
This position requires a master's degree in library science from an ALA accredited university and six years of progressively responsible professional library experience in a public library, including three years of supervisory experience. Compensation And Benefits
The expected hiring salary range for this position will be $125,923 - $164,696. The Town of Prosper offers a comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance; voluntary life & AD&D; deferred compensation and IRAs; pet insurance; employee assistance program and wellness benefits; vacation and sick time, and holiday leave; tuition reimbursement; cell phone allowance; and enrollment in the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) with a matching contribution ratio of 2 to 1.
