What You’ll Be Doing
Scan project files with a focus on high-quality and verify the accuracy of each page.
Organize and rename scanned files to ensure they all meet standards.
Maintain an efficient and accessible digital archive that aligns with the organizational system.
Support project teams by providing timely access to digitized documents and files.
Collaborate to streamline document workflows and improve efficiency in document management processes.
Provide administrative support to the project teams, including printing, copying, and preparing documents as required.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the transfer of physical documents to digital formats.
