Liaison Officer

Summary

CTC Group is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to provide subject matter expertise, outreach and engagement to Combatant Commands (COCOM) and deploy into theater, in support of manned and unmanned tactical capabilities. Individuals will provide liaison support between system owners and COCOM level entities to support the deployment, fielding, operations and sustainment of program SI systems. Will further support the development of Concept of Operations (CONOPS), authorities, PED, and policy guidance for deployed assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify authorizations needed for compliant collection and specific collection requirements
• Coordinate and adjust collection in response to mission requirements
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to address collection requirements
• Support and enforce the policies, regulations and standards for collection
• Maintain requirements and tasking knowledge bases
• Collaborate across mission stakeholders to identify changes
• Support the development of courses of actions to sustain mission
• Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems
• Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards
• Coordinate with forward deployed operators and analyst regarding tactical systems deployments, operations, and sustainment
• Liaise with COCOM level entities to support the deployment, fielding, operations and sustainment of program SI systems. Support the development of CONOPs, authorities, PED, and policy guidance for deployed assets
  
  

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Military experience as a tactical systems operator/analyst/maintainer preferred
• Familiarity with MIL chain of command and COCOM organization, structure, and day-to-day operations and engagement
• Demonstrated experience interacting with and advising flag level officers regarding operations and SIGINT capabilities
• Prior experience with operating, maintaining, integrating and fielding tactical QRC capabilities on manned and unmanned platforms
  
  

Level 1 Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience with related systems and platforms is required
  
  

Level 2 Requirements

• Ten (10) years of experience with related systems and platforms is required
  
  

Level 3 Requirements

• Fifteen (15) years of experience with related systems and platforms is required
