Job Description
As a Level II PASRR Assessor, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, setting your own schedule for flexibility. You'll travel regionally to conduct face-to-face assessments, making meaningful connections with individuals seeking care. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Level II evaluations for individuals applying for nursing facility placement.
Developing service recommendations based on individual needs and conditions.
Adhering to quality assurance standards and participating in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
A compassionate mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
A background in mental health or nursing, with a minimum of three years of clinical experience.
A laptop with access to Windows and proficiency in computer-based tasks.
Strong understanding of behavioral health diagnoses and medical conditions.
