Level 1 IT Support Analyst (ITS02-ATL38)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Alora Healthcare Systems is a national leader in providing automation software solutions to home health care providers with unparalleled service. We are seeking highly talented individuals with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to join our team.

 

As a Level 1 IT Support Analyst, you will work in a tier 1 technical support capacity assisting customers via the Internet and/or telephone with issues related to the usability of our proprietary software.  Responsibilities will include installation of software applications on customers’ devices and ensuring the proper functioning of the software. Excellent customer service, problem-solving skills and the ability to stay abreast of new technologies are essential to success. Other projects and tasks may be assigned.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

 

·       Ability to remotely diagnose and resolve software and hardware related issues

·       Knowledge and/or experience querying and updating MS SQL Server databases

·       Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows system administration and maintenance

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and team

·       High emotional intelligence with passion for self-development

·       Exceptional client satisfaction skills

·       Ability to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast paced environment

Not required but bonus to have:

·       Experience working with TCP/IP networks and Active Directory

·       Ability to deploy and support ASP.Net web applications using IIS
