Job Description

As a transcriptionist, you will be responsible for transcribing depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with precision and accuracy. This role requires a keen eye for detail, familiarity with legal terminology, and excellent grammar skills. Your tasks will include processing audio recordings according to specific style guides to create verbatim transcripts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription
• Strong listening skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in literacy, spelling, and grammar

• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Willingness to work with potentially sensitive content
• Ability to pass a background check
