Tasks And Responsibilities
As a transcriptionist, you will handle content including depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong grasp of legal terminology, and impeccable grammar skills to produce accurate transcripts following specific style guides from audio recordings.

Requirements For Success
Prior experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription
Exceptional listening skills
Ability to meet deadlines and follow client-specific style guides
Strong literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar
Proficient in remote collaboration
Fast and accurate typing abilities
Comfortable working with potentially sensitive audio/text content
Clear background check
Familiarity with legal terminology
