Legal Talent Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing materials
- Maintain and update attorney personnel records and databases
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for attorneys and staff
- Assist with preparing and distributing various legal talent communications
- Coordinate attorney performance evaluation processes
- Assist with attorney development programs and initiatives
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and professional development programs
- Assisting with the planning and execution of legal talent events and programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of administrative or support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- High level of professionalism and ability to work well in a team
