Compensation Range:

$145.00 - $161.00/hr

Legal Counsel

IntePros is looking for a Legal Cousel, music business affairs, to work for our Premier Client located in Culver City, CA. This is an exciting role that will work with internal studio organizations providing deal making services and content.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and oversee deals for the creation of original content for both film and television.
• Work closes with internal teams, legal affairs, and outside counsel to assit in finalizing agreements.

What are the top MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?

• 6+ years of business negotiation.
• 6+ years of experience with complex deal negotiation.
• Professional experience as legal counsel.
