Legal Consultant (Contract Role) - Remote

We are partnering with a leading organization to recruit a skilled lawyer to join their team as a consultant. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and managing commercial legal contracts, including customer agreements facilitated with the sales organization.

Providing legal support within the tech/software sector.

Requirements

5+ years of experience handling commercial legal contracts.

Proficiency in the tech/software industry.
