Lichten & Liss-Riordan, P.C., a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ side class action law firm dedicated to workers' rights, located in Boston’s Back Bay, is seeking a project manager to oversee special projects for the firm. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively with the firm’s clients, the capacity to balance numerous competing projects and deadlines, and the ability to manage and oversee the work of others. The ideal candidate will have management experience, facility with Microsoft Excel, the ability to work with databases, including adapting new software, and the flexibility to achieve shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. The legal case manager will work under several of the firm’s attorneys.
Essential Functions:
Facilitate the administration of large-scale projects involving hundreds or thousands of individual clients, including managing client communication, organizing forms, and updating client information in a specialized software database and/or Excel.
Manage team's to-do list by keeping track of deadlines and tasks
Assist in Excel based data analysis and produce reports of project progress
Ability to work with databases, including adapting new software to improve current processes
Oversee the work of others on every aspect of these projects

Possess the ability to concentrate and be flexible with diverse tasks in a consistent and orderly manner in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Knowledge of law firm operations helpful but not required
