This is an in-person, onsite role in the Buffalo area.
Responsibilities
Provide dedicated administrative support to 2-3 attorneys.
Manage and organize legal documents and files with meticulous attention to detail.
Draft, proofread, and edit legal correspondence, pleadings, and other documents, as required.
Assist in trial preparation by managing attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Facilitate effective communication with clients, courts, and fellow attorneys to ensure seamless case management and strong client relationships.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a related role
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Ambitious, diligent, and dependable with a knack for efficiently managing multiple tasks.
Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrating strong computer literacy.
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
