Job Duties

  • Work as part of a team of administrative professionals to support executives with various calendaring needs, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements
  • Organize travel arrangements for domestic and international travel - ensuring the accuracy of Covid travel guidelines, visas, customs documents, and other necessary travel paperwork
  • Create documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested
  • Serve as a gatekeeper answering phones and taking messages
  • Update business contacts within the internal database
  • Organize on-site and off-site meetings, as well as virtual meetings

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience within finance or professional services
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to multi-task
