An established and highly regarded Law Firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their team. The ideal Legal Assistant will have the ambition to succeed at a professional and friendly firm. The perfect candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented with great communication skills, and extremely organized.

Legal Assistant Compensation And Benefits

• Salary in the $48k-$60k range (based on experience)

Legal Assistant Qualifications And Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a law firm preferred
• provide administrative assistance to legal team
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and court depositions for legal team
• Greet visitors and perform initial screenings of clients
• Perform general office duties
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Florida court systems highly preferred
