Essential Duties
Executes service through the lens of Fanatical Hospitality and a culture of “Yes” to reach the sales and club sign-up goals of the Legacy Room and Library.
Complements other Associates’ activity by assisting with POS transactions, implementing policies and procedures, opening/closing duties, and the overall completion of the tasting room’s day-to-day activities.
Provides Associates with on-the-spot training and quarterly sales trainings. Acts as a role model for fanatical sales, service, hospitality, and professionalism by leading in both sales and per person spend.

Job Duties
Exceeds sales and membership goals.
Builds and executes a successful library tasting and strategizes ways of building a program for both current and new visitors.
Leverages sales by building relationships with top buyers, VIP clients and tenured wine club members
Builds and creates an inventory plan for all library skus to ensure the success of the current and future library programs.
Assists and educates guests and other staff members on wines, wine club benefits, Stoller history and culture, regional information, etc.
Role model and inspirational leader-by-example to other staff members in sales, service, professionalism, and work ethic.
Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and suggest suitable wine selections.
Proactively introduce customers to the benefits of our wine club membership, including exclusive discounts, events, and special offers.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of joining the wine club and address any inquiries or concerns from potential members.
Encourage customers to sign up for the wine club through persuasive interactions and targeted promotions.
Process membership applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
Follow up with existing club members to renew memberships and promote new offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service by delivering personalized assistance and recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Act as a brand ambassador by conveying our commitment to quality and excellence in every interaction.
Compliment other Associates’ activity by assisting with POS transactions, Stoller procedural information, opening/closing operations, and the overall organization of the tasting room’s day-to-day activities.
Assists Associates with training opportunities and acts as the standard to which Stoller Associates conducts sales, service, and hospitality.
Inputs, and updates guest data properly and in a timely manner using TOCK and WineDirect best practices.
Monitors reservation system and assists in plotting the reservations for the shift, knows when and where we can accommodate walk-ins in order to maximize covers for the shift while always striving to maintain a positive guest experience.
Takes initiative to do ongoing side tasks throughout the shift, as well as swiftly and thoroughly completing opening and closing duties.
Is capable and eager to work in a variety of spaces and settings, between the Tasting Room, Lawn, and Events.
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
Demonstrates a passion for detail and a willingness to learn.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Maintains upbeat, even-keeled attitude and composure.
Collaborates with other shift leads and respectfully takes direction from Tasting Room Managers.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Tasting Room Managers.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but serves as a role model for the Associate team and assists other Leads and Tasting Room Managers in daily activity.
