The Department of Petroleum Engineering (PETR) in the Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston is a dynamic, growing organization that offers a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses. PETR has occasional openings for temporary, part-time lecturers. Lecturer appointments are made on a semester basis but may be renewed by PETR as needed.

A Ph.D in Petroleum Engineering or a related STEM discipline is preferred.
