Position Overview
The Leasing Coordinator generates and manages rental listings and is the primary point of contact that guides prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from viewing an online listing through moving in. This team member lists properties, communicates with prospective residents, assists in scheduling tours, requests feedback, encourages applications, and completes template leases.
Outcomes/KPIs
Leases Signed - X (*Market Specific/Established by TL and/or Dir of Leasing)
- 6-hour prospect follow-up
- Drive showings (Prospect Stats - 3/week)
- Marketing new properties (6 business hour turnaround)
- 6-Hour Prospect Follow-up
- Marketing new properties (6-hour turn around)
- Drive Showings (Prospect Stats - 3/week)
- Drive applications (Call all showings within 2 business hours)
- Send a minimum of 15 requests weekly
- Own the tenant’s move-in process and call on day of move-in
