Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the AR lease portfolio with precision and diligence.
  • Abstract and interpret complex Commercial Real Estate leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and distribute monthly rent statements, overseeing the accounts receivable process.
  • Prepare and maintain lease abstracts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Enter lease data into project management databases and other systems as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive lease records and client files, ensuring accuracy and currency of information.
  • Provide critical lease analysis and interpretation to clients upon request.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Proactively manage reminder systems for important dates and tasks.
  • Provide informal guidance and training to team members as needed.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting client needs, including the ability to work remotely when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective planning and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Desire to work in a diverse, collaborative, and dynamic professional environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
