Learning Strategist

We are working with our client in seeking an experienced Learning Strategist to enhance their current training content and develop a forward-thinking training plan. The ideal candidate will create a comprehensive roadmap to align with the company's goals and training initiatives. This project plan will detail the modalities for deliverables and identify additional resources necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing sales content and training materials.
• Develop a comprehensive training project plan aligned with the company’s goals.
• Identify the additional resources required for successful project completion.
• Transition into a Project Manager/Instructional Designer role to develop cohesive new hire/onboarding sales training.
• Ensure the new training program is consistent and effective across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Learning Strategist, Project Manager, and Instructional Designer.
• Experience creating sales training programs.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, with ownership of the software.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Anticipated 40 hours per week

Location: 100% Virtual, with a possible one-time travel requirement

The pay range for this is $65.00 to $75.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
