Position Summary

  • The Learning and Development Specialist focused on Leadership Development will implement and deliver people and leadership developm ent programs to enhance the skills and increase the capability of our team members and leaders to support the growth and evolution of our fast-growing business.
  • He/She will report to the Country Prim e and work closely with the Functional Lead for Leadership Developm ent in the needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of existing and new leadership development programs.
  • The role requires someone who can effectively project manage, deliver, facilitate, and implement the global Learning and Development Team 's programs.
  • Incumbent will drive high levels of participation in people and leadership development programs by facilitating quality, relevant and business -focused learning through various training methods.
  • He/She will encourage intellectual and relevant dialogue through the use of expert facilitation skills designed to enhance and accelerate the learning experience.
