This is a full-time role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in either Saratoga Springs, NY or South Burlington, VT. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering training and development programs to new and developing staff, managing the learning management system, and creating instructional design materials. They will also provide communication and coaching support to our amazing staff and work closely with Managers and Supervisors to create thorough training plans. The Learning and Development Specialist loves learning and providing knowledge in a fun, engaging way. They bring great energy to training and create a culture of learning at Healthy Living where training is both exciting and valued.
Requirements
Training & Development and Instructional Design skills
Experience with learning management systems
Strong communication and coaching skills
Experience in the retail or food industry
Knowledge of health and wellness principles
Ability to work on-site in all three store locations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
