Learning Consultant -- Remote | WFH

You will collaborate closely with internal and client teams to develop and implement learning strategies for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Your role will involve project management, creating actionable solutions, and navigating the complexities of the life sciences industry. Responsibilities

Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Conduct client interviews to understand challenges and business goals, informing project deliverables.

Develop project documents, status updates, and executive summaries.

Create detailed design documents for workshops, tools, and long-term learning plans.

Produce learning deliverables such as slides, scenarios, facilitator notes, and digital modules.

Communicate the value and rationale behind learning strategies to clients.

Support multiple project work streams and deliverables concurrently.

Build strong relationships with internal and client teams.

Ensure thorough quality review of deliverables before submission.

Manage client requests and ensure consistency across program deliverables.

Support legal, medical, and regulatory reviews of deliverables.

Required Experience And Skills

Contribute to additional internal and client initiatives as required.

Bachelor's degree required.

2+ years of experience in management consulting within life sciences or related fields (e.g., learning, commercial effectiveness, HR).

3+ years of project management experience, managing multiple work plans.

Strong business acumen in pharmaceuticals (commercial, marketing, medical affairs preferred).

Experience in learning projects or a strong interest in organizational transformation.

Ability to translate vision into actionable deliverables.

Highly motivated with a sense of urgency to achieve goals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience With Apple Mac Laptops Preferred.

Ability to travel to client sites and events as needed (~25% of the time).
