Location: Remote - USA

As Revecore's Learning and Experience Manager, you will:

Create and facilitate programs that enable increased employee engagement and learning through outcome-focused programs and compelling communications. As a key member of our Talent team, you will bring strategic insight, expertise and passion for unlocking the full potential of our people. This role sits at the heart of building future-focused capabilities and competencies, developing meaningful career experiences, and enabling Revecore’s growth strategy.

The Role:

Learning and Development: 

  • Develop a comprehensive learning strategy and curriculum for developing leaders, managers, and team members.
  • Facilitate training, role-plays, case studies, or other delivery methods to reinforce learning objectives and encourage practical application. 
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and adjust programs as needed.
  • Partner with leaders and teams to identify ongoing learning opportunities, then strategize and build solutions to address learning needs.


Experience and Culture: 

  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to curate compelling content for monthly enterprise communications.
  • Partner with executive leadership to refine content for quarterly town hall events.
  • Support the integration of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) principles into organizational policies, practices, and culture. 
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions on topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence. 
  • Support and guide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of DEIB and ERG programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


You'll be successful if you have:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, organizational communications, and DEIB program management.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
